“Don't bother”

I ordered a dress and they took the money from my credit card. I never received the dress but I did receive a letter demanding more money for the dress I had not received. I have emailed them several times and am now in the process of doing a disputed payment via my bank.

The other thing which is strange about this company as they always reply to emails in a different language. You write to them in French and they reply in Dutch. Sometimes they reply half in Dutch and half in French or even half in Dutch and half in English. If they do reply in English you have no idea what the email is about as the English is so bad

All in all they are a rubbish establishment who have no idea what they are doing. I'll stick to ordering from Very
