“Don't bother”

I used UnlockUnit.com on the weekend of may 25th 2013.I really wanted to unlock my phone quickly in case I had to go on a trip and use it. After the many good reviews, I decided to use this service, more precisely their "quick" service, which should have given me an unlock code in about 10 minutes. I was very comprehensive, especially considering that it was on the weekend. Even after getting a confirmation that the money was transferred (from MoneyBookers), I got no code. I kept waiting, and waiting, thinking I have gotten scammed. No follow ups by the company, nothing. I ended up waiting for a few days, still nothing; I even called my credit card company to advise them to be ready to look over my file. It took me e-mailing the company to finally get them to look around for the money. Had I known better, I shouldn't have said anything and maybe wouldn't have been charged. In the mean time, I used cellunlocker which gave me the code in under a day, did follow ups and treated me like a real customer. UnlockUnit (when they finally gave me the code) wouldn't acknowledge that they made a mistake. They wouldn't even give me a better price for all my trouble or when I asked for another code, saying that I've been waiting too long and would like to unlock the phone. The only good part was that the code was valid. Let me tell you all that the trouble was clearly not worth it. Use another service, or make sure you keep nagging them with e-mails...
