“Fan-tag-stic Customer Service”

I bought two Samsonite B-Lite bags from Direct Luggage for this year's holiday. On the return journey one of the zip tags was removed in baggage handling, which is a particularly annoying thing to happen to brand new luggage.
Direct Luggage Customer Services were brilliant. I would have been happy for a replacement tag to be sent out and I would fit it but the Customer Services officer would have none of it. She arranged for the bag to be collected and returned to the supplier for repair. The whole process was completed in a couple of weeks with perfect results.
