I booked an easy flight last week using Skyscanner and linking through to a company called Bravofly, I wish I had read the following websites before I made this booking. similar problems to me. (same “software issues”)

My problem was very similar to some of the above complaints in the respect that my booking confirmation came through differently to what I had actually booked.

I booked to fly from Gatwick to FUE on the 28th December 2013 returning a week later.

When I received the booking email confirmation the destinations were reversed. When I called up to explain there was a mistake, I was only offereed a 1/3 refund! I then asked if the flights could just be changed to the correct destinations. TWO DAYS Later after various calls and emails I eventually got a reply for the change and was asked for a further £400!.
