i bought tickets to Summerfest in Milwaukee and the seller did not have the tickets they sold me. Customer service called me immediately to notify me. They then found replacement tickets for me! Not only that, the seats were in a better section, closer to the stage, and they credited my account since the tickets were cheaper. I was so pleased that they took care of all of this for me!
