“Well organised and clear”

Clear step by step instructions and clearly well organised.
Reasonable and generally truthful regarding the faciliiies - though when it was 3 in a room it did not stipulate one bed was a camp bed - i was able to put up with it for a week but not for 2 weeks it would have been uncomfortable. I did not complain at the time as i thought is was something to do with my booking and general understanding of rooms and beds as this was my first holiday i had booked on my own for 8 years.... so i possibly would have liked to know about this before going, plus it did not state one had to give a deposit for the pool towels or that for other restaurants in the complex one had to book 2 days in advance.
