“The worst experience I've ever had”

Avis service in Italy and in Milano Malpensa airport in particular is terrible
I was charged almost twice more than initial price in confirmation. At pick-up pointI've got VW Polo 1.2 instead of booked C-class Station Wagon 1.6 and was adviced to wait for 4-6 hours till the promised vihicle be provided. And this was after 1,5 hours waiting in queue. Avoid this company if you have a choice
