“quadextreme online shop”

i recently placed an order for an item shown on quadextreme website shown to be in stock, paid by card and received email confirmation.
the confirmation email stated i would receive an email within 24hours to confirm shipping, i waited to no avail, i left it 2 days then emailed an enquiry, nothing, so sent another and nothing, so after 3 days i phoned and was told there is no stock for 2 months! he confirmed he had received my emails but gave no reason for not replying, i cancelled the order and requested a refund, a week later and still nothing, i emailed again to no avail. i just looked on web site and items are still listed as in stock!
the only thing extreme is the customer service! be warned.
