“shocking rip off merchants!!”

disgusting !!made 4 calls to 118500 this month and now have an extra £30 to pay on my telephone bill!! they kept me on the phone as they couldn't find the number and also one call the number was redialled and the duration on my bill shows 0.00 and still they charged me £1.34 I will never use them again am outraged that I now have to find another £30 money that could be spent on my children !!
considering they are such a profitable company there is no need to charge the amount they do . if I had knew the price of the call I would never have phone them especially as google is free!! shockin BT !
