“Fantastic customer service!”

We all hate poor customer service but when you get fantastic customer service it deserves shouting about! I realised that the sunglasses I had ordered for my sons birthday and holiday might not arrive in time. Panic set in, but with the excellent help from the advisor who emailed me and texted me many time arranging extra postage etc. They arrived in time. Many ,many thanks you are a star.
