My payment problem today was clearly identified by Adam who took my call and was very professional and helpful. I did not queue for ages and found the back very good indeed. Its when things don't got to plan that we need to talk to people not machines, and 123 have it right, certainly on my experience today. Keep it up 123.
PS I'm not on commission!!!
