“More interested in money than customer satisfaction!”

This company obviously have more interest in making money than building relationships with regular customers. If I bought a wetsuit online, I had 7 days to request a refund. If you take the time and trouble to go into the shop, they won't give a refund - only a credit note or exchange. Yes, I know all about consumer law. But customer satisfaction clearly means absolutely nothing. Be warned - if you buy, you cannot return and they won't warn you of their terms! Quite why there is a rule for online and an entirely separate one for shop visitors is beyond me. Simple rule: DON'T SHOP IN THE STORE!
