“Prompt service but problem should not have occured ”

One I had discovered exactly what my problem was (i.e. my JustHostMe service had not expired, but had just been dropped off their servers) the service I got was very prompt, and I was up and working very soon. However, I should not have been dropped off their servers in the first place, and all-in-all it wasted a lot of my time.
