“olympic holidays and small charter airlines”

just returned from corfu , stayed at the theodorus and fiona apartments in roda. first off the good news the hotel was fantastic the staff even better . the room was modern and spotless and the pool area amazing . but but but why oh why do olympic have to use small charter companies ??? last year i had a 23 hour delay at gatwick with strategic airlines and olympic then this year the flight out was put back four hours (not classed as a delay) then a 2 hour delay coming back with small planet which never arrived and a replacement aircraft took us back to birmingham . as a minor point when we arrived and on the transfer we were told on numerous occasions that attending the reps meeting we would receive a £20 pound voucher each for use on next years holiday ??? no voucher and no response or indication that the rep new about it .
still the hotel overall was fantastic !! olympic could do better at getting you there and back
