“Atrocious follow up”

I have purchased a number if items without problems but when things go wrong they just can't deal with minor issues that end up becoming major issues. I ordered 2 weeks ago some wellies that were supposed to be delivered within 48 hours but heard nothing for a week. I then got a confirmation email to confirm delivery on the Friday so waited in all day, nothing arrived. I then emailed on the Monday and received the standard we are sorry we will look into it. 5 days later nothing, 2 days later we are sorry then without asking just get a credit note. No communication just a credit. I wanted my goods that's all. Good on promises but poor on communication.
