“Booking made easy”

The simplicity of the web site in allowing me to view and then book a hotel was fantastic. It makes a pleasant change for things to be easy and not "high tec" - as we are not all that way inclined!
Rates for room was very competitive and the follow up confirmation and E mails have given reassurance before travelling.
