First, after declining your insurance options and attempting to
purchase, I kept getting returned to the insurance options that
I had declined previously several times. I had to (somehow)
firgure out that the way out of that box was to click on cart to
go forward. Utter balderdash and a total waste of time.
Second, although one person was a senior and the second is
a child, there was not discount offered for that. Plus no
AAA or AARP or Senior or Childrens discounts. "Smartfares" =?
No, stupid fares. Luggate, baggage, composition of rees
(roughly 30% of fare) - no illumination or way to get
further insight. And snd so forth. Plus, nothing saying
that an email confirmation would be forthcoming or an e-ticket.
If those are not forthcoming, this will be the last
experience you will have with us or anyone whom we know.
