Fantastic service! we were nervous about booking online but we needn't have worried. Agent 137 was extremely helpful, patient and reassured us. This is our first family holiday in a while so wanted something special. We were told that our original online booking was no longer available and we were extremely disappointed, however Agent 137 put a smile back on our faces and got us a fantastic deal we were over the moon with. We Will definitely book with Agent 137 again at Holiday Gems she took all the stress of finding and booking a holiday away allowing us to look forward to our time away. We will definitely be recommending Agent 137 at Holiday Gems to all our family and friends. Thank you Agent 137 what a superstar :) x
