“Bad instructions”

My son spent £130 on a Grit scooter and was disappointed to find that the handle bars wobbled and we couldn't seem to tighten them. When we took it to a scooter shop they explained that the instructions were very unclear and they also needed tightening elsewhere to prevent the wobble. The scooter shop kindly did this for us free of charge so the problem is ow solved. I feel that if the instructions were clearer my so would have had a better experience when receiving his scooter.
