“Customer Focused Support”

As a small company I need to rely on suppliers to support me as much as possible. During a recent change of server a number of issues caused my website and email to stop working and was above my level of knowledge.

I contacted KRYSTAL and spoke to their service department who didn't try and speak any techno babble but just got on discovered what the problem was and talked me through the fix.

Everyone I spoke to only had my interest as a concern and made sure that the issue was sorted quickly and with no hassle.

This is the way customer service should be and a number of large companies could learn a few things from KRYSTAL.

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hosting comapny who supply what they say they will and give 5 star support.
