“A big disappointment”

I see that someone else has posted a very similar experience to mine. I was finding job-hunting a bit of a struggle after redundancy a few months ago but felt quite hopeful after coming across their website. I have found the whole thing to be a big let-down. They hardly ever contact you but make out that you have been ignoring their emails (as if!) when you get in touch with them. The website promises stuff that doesn't happen either. For instance, they say that once you have registered as a client you will have access to websites but you don't. I have had no evidence of the network they talk about or that you get offered work without even an interview just through the reputation of CV Attached Ltd. And as for the "CV Repair service" well, don't even get me started on that. A 10-year old could put together a more professional-looking document. It seems to me that they accept your money, stay in touch for a few days then that is that. They claim that 97% of their clients get work in a few weeks but I would take this with a large packet of salt judging by the rest of their service.
