“Fantastic Experience”

I booked a hotel and car package using bookit.com. I wanted to change the car pick up and drop off time so rather than booking online I called. The representative was great! He spoke clear English with no accent. He was able to answer all of my questions and allowed me to use an online promotional code over the phone. I hadn't heard much about this company, but I saw them on trip advisor and decided to see what they were like. I didn't have to wait on the line for a long time or get transfered from one representative to another. It was so easy and the prices were just about the lowest prices available! I confirmed with the hotel the following day that everything was booked corretly and it was. I will for sure be using bookit.com on future trips! I cannot even think of someway they could have improved my experience.
