“don't bother!”

have used ASOS for the past 18 months but no longer! spent the last 3 days trying to purchase 3 items via iphone and computer, would not take my password (although correct) for me or my daughter constantly got exceeded attempts to try entering password, phoned them 5 times but no help or apologies - completely indifferent to my plight, changed password 4 times and had e-mail to confirm it but would still not let me purchase the items in my bag! site was constantly crashing - told they were having problems so try again later. isn't 3 days long enough? an apology would be nice from head office but sadly lacking! not interested! well these are hard times for us all - maybe you should think about loyal customers because its very easy for firms to fall by the the wayside in today's climate. its a shame because your products are good but you as a company stink! won't be bothering with you again, there are other companies offering similar products but with proper customer care, shame on you!
