“Charge too much interest, confusing website. DO NOT USE!”

I've not long started using Woolworths online but it doesn't show when a minimum payment has been paid or full transaction history, leaving me wondering if I've paid the minimum for the month (I have started taking notes now.) I also choose the 'Take 3' option and am still charged interest even though the take 3 option says if it's paid over 3 months you don't get charged, the interest is ridiculous and this way of doing it you end up paying over double the cost, I would recommend a catalogue that lays out the cost depending on how you pay. I find this way very confusing, Jacamo has a similar system and even after their customer services explained how it worked I still had no clue.
Also the delivery is very slow.
I also did a feedback survey, but nothing has improved.
