“Superb Customer Service”

Ukforex has one of the best customer service departments of any company I have ever dealt with. I have spoken with them at least a dozen times over the phone and every time there has been no hold queue, polite staff and resolved the issue promptly. Their rates are also extremely competitive, on a transfer of $200k USD compared to a custom rate offered by hsbc I saved over £2k.
