“Disgraceful customer service and dress”

I purchased a dress for my daughters prom. When it came the zip is seen in too close to the material so it won't zip up. After contacting DIY dress they wouldn't let me return the dress. I was told to go to a local seamstress at my own cost. But if I wanted to purchase another dress try would give me discount. I have been to several places and they will not touch the garment as it would probably rip as the material is too flimsy. So I have wasted £100 and have had to go out and buy my daughter a dress for her prom. So in total I Would NEVER RECOMEND DIY dress ever. I had to give a star rating otherwise it would not have been sent but in truth 0 stars
