Travel arrangements transfers etc very good. Hotel overbooked so had to spend first night in a different hotel which was inconvenient as it spoilt the next morning having to move our cases etc. when we got back to Birmingham a bit difficult to get out of car park which we pre booked. You had a ticket when you went which you presumed would let you straight out but no you then had to wait to speak to someone and you needed your booking reference to get out. The two cars in front had the same problem and people behind were pipping their horns not realising the problem wasnt ours.

Other than this a lovely holiday nice hotel, good food, very clean, friendly staff. Beautiful view and conveniently located to all amenities.
