“Found a great hotel in the West End at a reasonable cost! ”

This hotel is on a grand scale, but the service came with a smile and was very efficient. It really feels like a well-run hotel that deserves its four stars. We weren't expecting such good, quiet rooms. They are very impressive for the money. The reception area is huge, and could do with having a great cafe installed!
