“Going downhill”

I ordered a dress from Asos and they sent the wrong one. They told me they couldn't send me another one as it was out of stock in that colour which was fine. I had also ordered the same dress in a different colour in a different order as I really wanted this dress for my graduation. Again, they sent me the wrong address! That is two wrong items in a row! I was seriously disappointed, I asked for them to send me the correct dress as I really needed the dress and they did still it have it in stock, instead they send me a refund and tell me I have to repurchase it again! They have sent me wrong items before and sent me the correct one straight away but this time, they didn't even bother to try to help. They have wasted my time as I have to keep going to my local collect plus which is NOT local for me as I know they will provide a tracking number and their 'four hour' response time is a joke! As I had to wait 24hours for a reponse the second time they screwed up! I have gone online and they have both of the colours that I wanted in stock! I have seriously been put off to order with them again, after shopping with them for over seven years, I just can't believe how bad they are becoming! Its ashame as ASOS was my favourite site but they are just terrible now!
