“dont use these to recycle your phone”

went on this site after finding them on comparison site. only question they ask is, is phone working or not. my phone was working perfect but had a scratch on screen. offered £36 for my blackberry pearl. accepted and duly sent off my phone in the package they sent. received an email saying the phone was broke because of scratch and was offered £11. if I rejected the revised offer I would be charged £8.95 p&p. what a total rip off. they obviously offer high on comparison but do not pay. would not use again and never recommend them
