“Great experience from start to finish!”

I first spoke to Office Reality at the end of May to discuss plans to refurbish one of our meeting rooms. I found their website, but was quite overwhelmed with the selection, but after a short phone conversation with one of the guys Ian, who pointed me in the right direction I found some ranges of interest. I then asked for some wooden samples to be sent out to me so I could see which of the woods would look best in the room.
Having received the samples on the Saturday and phoned them shortly after and to my astonishment, the phone was answered(I was only planning to leave a message to call me back on Monday morning). I can't quite remember who I spoke to but he took down my details with some dimensions of the room and we discussed the size of the table and some storage options to go with it and was told that he would get one of the design team email me over a 3D visual of the room to make sure everything fitted. Sure enough, at 10:12am 03/06/13 I received an email from Ben showing the layout of the furniture and the colours. (they missed out a window but I will let them off!)
I ordered the furniture at the end of the day including chairs. I was told that the table and cupboards were made to order and that they will be 4 weeks for delivery, which I already expected and was within the deadline.
Two weeks later I phoned again because I had been completely let down by another furniture company (subject for another review!) with regards to the chairs. I couldn't speak to Ian so spoke to Tom who asked me to email him a picture of the chair. He then phoned me back to say that they couldn't "source" those chairs but to give him half an hour and he would email me some similar chairs that I might like. I received the email about 10 minutes later with three chairs on their Office site. I replied saying that the one that I liked and had a call back for them to take payment and to discuss the delivery to make sure it arrived on the same day as they told me it would be coming from two different manufacturers.
Yesterday I took delivery of the table that was installed quickly and the chairs came after which myself and a colleague built after work last night.
Extremely happy with the resulting furniture and was glad that Office Reality was always on hand to make this whole saga painless, will definitely recommend to all!
