I could not fault the service provided by the outdoor GB team it is second to none. I needed my sleeping bag quickly leaving everything to the last minute. The particular sleeping bag I wanted wasn't in stock and would not arrive on time but I was offered an alternative. Emails were responded to in a timely manner. Prices on the this site a reasonable for the quality. When I had chosen the bag for me I was kept updated to the progress of delivery so I was confident it would arrive on time. Prices for the quality were very reasonable and the website easy to navigate. Over all a very good experience.
