“Disgusting customer service - faulty product!!”

I purchased a Slamm Frenzy scooter for my daughter for her birthday. A bolt on the front wheel sharded and snapped in half...causing injury. I have been told by that it was unfortunate and they even tried to rest the blame on us by saying extreme scooting could cause this (she is 4!!!!), and that proper clothing protective wear should have been worn. She was wearing clothing suitable for the scooting purpose but nothing can prepare her for being catapulted over the handle when the wheel came off! We was offered a new bolt, I don't want a new bolt! I want a refund or credit note, she is now terrified to go near it and has wasted 49.99 of precious money. No is missing a birthday gift. Also please not we only had this scooter for 3 months. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. There policy once they've got you money stinks.
