“Poor Hotel Management Doesn't Help ”

LateBookings.com is always comprehensive and really helpful, however, it really does't help when you book with a hotel, pay online by credit card, sort out family arrangements around it, only to be rung up by the hotel 24hours later to be hod they cannot honour your booking. Had to cancel booking and start again. What a waste of time.
LateBookings.com guys on the phone were excellent and now all sorted.
I would be useful to be able to shortlist about 3 hotels and be able to see a comparrison table.
