I really enjoyed driving the truck although it was all over so quick. The instructor was very friendly. What spoilt it all was from the moment I telephoned all I heard was" You can' t do this and you can't do that" . The experience should start from the moment you ring to book your day and time. Also I felt bullied into taking out the collision damage waiver insurance. My son who came with me heard a man complain that he did not have his super car experience because something was wrong with the car and it could not be driven fast. The man asked politely that he should be given another booking to compensate for the failure and he was firmly told that this was not possible. This is just not right when people have paid a lot of money for a good day out. All together the woman who answered the phone and the money making aspect soured this experience for me.
