I purchased 2 Lions Ticket's for the Ethihad game. I know the Arena well so was very particular in my seating requirement. The Ticket's (seats) advertised are a Complete misrepresentation to what arrived. I contacted them via the website and as per other reviews here you get a short sharp reply basically saying you are in the wrong.
Circling back to the Ticket's they were offered as Gold level 2 between the Wing & Half Forward, I knew this because there was a seating map with Yellow boxes highlighting where the supposed tickets are... What arrived were nose bleeds on level 3...

Thank you for purchasing tickets for the above event, I have reviewed your order and the listing you purchased was in the Gold category. There are Gold category seats on all three levels. The tickets you have received are correct as listed. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Note; I replied immediately using the ref number attached on 3 occasions and there is complete Radio Silence.
They are hiding behind the comment "Gold on 3 levels). yet the Seating map clearly indicated level 2. A CLEAR MISS REPRESENTATION.
Never again for me.
