“Major problem with paying on-line”

Rodney was polite and helpful and patient and returned my calls and I could not fault his service.
However, the only problem, and this was a MAJOR problem, was the system of paying on-line by credit card using a totally automated system. It took literally several hours of my time and only with the third card I tried did I succeed. So I would not be happy to have to use this method again. Because of this I'm not sure I could recommend this to a friend,
