“NEVER NEVER AGAIN”

We ordered three dresses, two have arrived and they are awful, people have joked that we should consider entering a halloween contest. One dress was completely wrong which they argued was more beautiful and that I should keep it because they tried really hard.

The second was atrocious, it was green instead of pink, they said that they're sorry about the mixup but they will make another dress for half the price if she pays for the first dress and the shipping of the second.

They are refusing refunds despite their refund policy. BEWARE, what they sell are knock offs! They're not even based in the UK but in Hong Kong!

We will remain hopeful for the third one though I don't know why!
