Wanted a selection of things, including a couple of sleeping bags. Had seen the bags at a lower price elsewhere, but knew of the price promise so thought we would give it a go. Absolutely no problem, they checked it online in store and it knocked a good discount of the purchase. Staff in the Bedford store are always helpful without being too pushy, and no exception on this occasion.
