“Beautiful flowers and speedy delivery”

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to a relative in Australia recovering from a cancer operation. The flowers arrived extremely quickly. The lady concerned burst into tears and rang her daughter to go round immediately to see the beautiful flowers her family in England had sent.

Sorry to the people who haven't been able to share my positive experience. What a shame.

Based on my first experience of using this company I will use them again in the future.
