We booked an A/I disabled friendly holiday with this company.The only thing they managed to get right were the flights!!. We asked for disabled assistance at the airport (not booked by company) companys answer;ryan airs fault,Airport transfer (not booked by company) companys answer;none,We arrived at the holiday complex on the 1st May to be informed that we were not booked in until the 5th May,had to pay for our new room ourselves(not booked by company)companys answer;holiday complexs fault,Informed that complex was 3*, was only 2*,companys answer;none. We were informed of a FREE upgrade on booking,on arrival no upgrade because no room was booked...and the list goes on!! Complaint after complaint,phonecall after phonecall,e-mail after e-mail and still the company will not admit having done anything wrong...but,have sent us an e-mail offering us £45 as a "good will" gesture. This company is an absolute shambles and should be ashamed to call itself a travel agency,once they have your money they couldn't give a monkeys...AVOID AVOID AVOID
