“horrible experience”

I chose viagogo over seatwave (because a friend of mine was at the company). I purchased tickets for a concert. Royal mail did not deliver the tickets due to "incomplete address" but would not tell me what address was entered. Viagogo promised to call me back to resolve 5 times over a month long period. Eventually, Viagogo refused to provide a refund even though the seller entered an incomplete address. People who do not have tickets simply claim to have a ticket and then send an empty envelope to an incomplete address. They get their money and the buyer is held responsible with NO refund. Never again.
