“did i miss something?”

I wouldn't normally write this type of review but after reading all the negative stories on this site I'd like to add mine......

I have worn glasses since I was 11, I'm now 31 so know what to expect from an exam and what I want from new glasses. I booked tesco cos they were local, and I wasn't too happy with my last frames (from a well known high street branch).I I went for the initial test with an open mind and was very happy with both the pure test puffer thing and the actual exam, the optician talked his easy through it and took his time finding my new prescription. I picked out some frames with as very patient lady who was with me over an hour. I must have tried every pair to find some normal lens and some sunglasses. I was never felt rushed and she really did want me to find the best fit, she even showed me the much cheaper kids frames (apparently I have a small head!). I went away feeling happy and confident that I would love my new gegs.

Then I read the horror stories on here.... Panicked for the next 7 days convinced something would be wrong.

I got a text as soon as they came in, sooner than the advised 10 days, went to collect them still worrying and waiting for it to go wrong. Both pairs were the ones I ordered and as very welcoming man spent ages fitting them . I couldn't have asked for more from the Leeds, Seacroft branch. I'm very happy with both pairs and the service from all 4 employees I saw. I would definitely go back and am confident to recommend to friends and family.
