“Good customer service, great offers”

We are really happy with the site. We have now used it searching for two different vacations in different cities - and are on our third search. Needless to say we have been satisified the times we have booked places to stay through this site.

We find the site easy to understand and use. It has a lot of options.

The customerservice is great, they are just an e-mail away - responding quickly. We had an experience with a owner of a booked apartment that cancelled our booking a short time before we were to leave for our vacation. A representative for HouseTrip contacted us and apologized and offered help with searching for a replacement - this went smoothly.

The only thing we could ask for is that House Trip will be more "strict" with the owners of the apartments/houses - often we find that the description of the apartments is not accurate when it comes to how many bedrooms it has for example.

All in all we are more than satisfied with housetrip!
