“Child's play”

I am a bit of a nerd and had developed a detailed spreadsheet to compare tariffs. I had great difficulty comparing my current tariff with new tariffs offered by my present supplier and found that their figures over estimated the possible savings. UKP got my estimated bill on my current tariff correct to the nearest £1. Entering the tariff details of the recommended new supplier into my spreadsheet produced an identical saving to the one calculated by UKP. On the basis of my estimated consumption figures I should save £95, more than 10% of my bill.

The switching process was simplicity itself - enter personal and bank details and hit the button. Hopefully the actual switch will proceed as smoothly!!
