Having had a few credit problems contacted fowlers who dealt with me xceptionally well and provided me with a car and a deal I could afford without a car I cannot work take kids to school etc etc so I was elated when everything came together . THEN we had a few issues with our car we called the Manchester branch who had supplied the car at first I felt that everythin would be sorted as I had spoken to Jock who assured me he would make arrangements to rectify my issues this went on for a few weeks where at first I was told parts were on the way then lost in the post fob fob fob fob !!!!!! then I was promised what seemed like 20 call backs but never got one . I then called the head office in stoke on trent and spoke to a really helpful guy by the name of Phil he assured me everything would be sorted and would contact a local garage and book me in , the following day Phil was off work and I dealt with his boss a guy called Max within 3 hours I had had a new sensor fitted to my car and my problem was resolved at last and quite simply , the outcome of this review is that if dealing with this company call stoke on trent where there are a couple of " nights in shining armour " who will treat you correctly and in a professional manner therefore restoring my faith in this company who have put my life back on the right track, overall a good company but tarnished by a few people who fob you off
