False advertisement. Booked a trip and was told via phone that the third night would be free. They charged me full price and would not allow me to cancel or change my reservation without a HUGE penalty. This all happened within minutes of my booking when I realized they charged me full price. I immediately called them and they were very rude and told me that they couldn't do anything about it but charge me full price for one night plus $19.95 if I cancelled. I was so furious, I cancelled and ate the money and booked my trip through expedia. Please use expedia or travelocity. Both are great. Do NOT USE BOOK IT!!
