I need a support scheme that is flexible with good, sensible, reliable advice, tasty menus, creative ideas, progress monitoring, exercise information and one that can fit in with a busy lifestyle and family meals. Amazingly I've found it all with Tescodiets.com. There are many forums to choose from if you want to "chat" electronically with other dieters; they vary from "over 50s" to "new Mums" and everything in between and you can choose your own screen-name (I'm Creakyjoints). I like the flexible menus, the way recipes can be easily scaled up to suit the rest of the family and the generation of shopping lists. If the exercise regime could take account of my chronic arthritis, it would be absolutely perfect!
I've lost over 3 stone so far; slow and steady but I'm really pleased to have got this far and can honestly say I've never been hungry or felt starved. If one of the meals doesn't suit you, swap it out or flag it as "never again". It is very easy to tailor to your own tastes and there is a great deal of moral support available too. Highly recommended!
