Good Points
Efficient embarkation, friendly crew, great window view if you pick the right room, most of the entertainment was good. Most of the food was good, some very good.

Bad Points
The furniture and floor in the room was filthy, room stewarts have too many rooms so service was minimal, the seating in the Stardust Lounge is horrible, and this ship keeps having serious problems. Most of the food was just good, some times the buffet was a total pass.

General Comments
This was my first and last cruise with NCL Cruises. We had a good time on the Norwegian Dream, only because we chose to despite the fact that our trip was seriously compromised by engine trouble that this company has been dealing with for months, even years. Instead of being true to their customers, they take the attitude that they cant help it, so we must accept the fact that we missed a port, had less time in ports, missed the whole inside passage, and docked 7 hours late. While they did help with hotel rooms for those who missed flights, those of us who had booked our own were just out of luck. Problems happen, just there has to be give on both sides. I feel this trip was worth maybe half of what I paid. Definitely a discount ship. No fun being stuck on this ship for days in a row. I feel that NCL has very poor business ethics.
