“Customer Service is lacking!”

On our June 2013 vacation we ran into issues with the resort and when we tried to contact Bookit to have them help resolve we were on hold for over 30 minutes twice! We now have a high telephone bill because we were calling from out of the country. And since we have returned any attempts to have bookit try and help us recoup part of our vacation money (because we left the resort 2 days early due to poor conditions), they have been unhelpful and have offered us a $20 voucher towards a future trip. Why would I ever book with them again after they suggested this resort and did nothing to help rectify our issues!
